Spencer F. Cargle is the Managing Partner for the law firm of Cargle & Associates, LLP.
Spencer F. Cargle is an accomplished attorney with high success rate in litigating civil and complex-civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Specializing in diverse areas of the law including: commercial litigation, civil-RICO violations, and business discrimination; general business transactions; employment law (defense & plaintiffs); civil rights violations; medical malpractice and torts; sports law; entertainment law; and bankruptcy.

Obtained a 6 figure settlement on behalf of a corporate client for a claim of civil-Rico and business discrimination claim against major US wireless telecommunications provider.
Obtained a 6 figure settlement on behalf of a client for a medical malpractice claim against a major private medical facility.
Obtained settlement on behalf of mid level executive client for an employment discrimination and wrongful termination claim against a major technology and financial services corporation.
Obtained settlement on behalf of mid level executive client for an employment discrimination and wrongful termination claim against a major technology corporation.

Spencer F. Cargle has over 10 years experience as General Counsel and corporate counsel for start-ups and small to medium size businesses including: a national independent film and music production company; IT technology corporation; IT employment agency corporation; and an early child learning center corporation. Mr. Cargle adviises his corporate clients on a variety of legal issues including: commercial transactions, entertainment contracts, negotiations, disputes, and employment issues.
